INSURANCE PLANS

 -Cost? We will not do anything until you are made aware of all the costs. There are no hidden fees and we are always fair no matter what. If we don’t tell you the cost of a service or product beforehand - it will be free.

-Our office accepts some insurance plans but not all. Please call our office to see what arrangements can be made for a visit, we will contact your insurance carrier for you.  Since our work is specialized we can work with the insurance company directly to keep patient cost low.

-We accept no-fault and maritime insurance plans. We do accept Workmans Compensation on case by case basis.

-At this time we do not accept any medicaid plans.

-Patients do not need a referral to see Dr. Gitlin at our private offices and may do so by simply calling our office to make an appointment at any of our locations.
